Venezuelan oil arrives in New York City

-Contributed by Erwin Cifuentes. Two weeks after Venezuela made a deal to export cheap heating oil to Massachusetts, discounted oil arrived to help poor neighborhoods in New York City. Eight million gallons of heating oil at forty percent less than the normal price will be delivered to three non-profit housing developments in New York City through April 2006.
